Cafe Evolution is the Valley's first and longest-running entirely vegan cafe. We've been operating from a former sewing machine factory on the corner of Main and Chestnut in Florence--serving from-scratch, cruelty-free vegan dishes and baked goods--for 15 years. Evolution is a labor of love.

We are now offering daily parking lot pick up on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, between 12:00 noon and 2:00 PM. Please see "Today's Menu" in the website shop. We will continue to provide weekly parking lot pick up on Wednesdays.
